Our approach
Our approach is tailored to each individual manager. We can use personality questionnaires such as KAI and Marston's Colors. We use William Bridges's Methods for Managing Individual Transitions. We also use the deep questioning and active listening found in appreciative inquiry. We can bring into play the learning of Hofstede, Philip d'Iribarne, Edward T. Hall, Trompenaars. The objective is always to help managers build on their concrete experience to realize their potential in a new context. Each coaching session ends with an action plan. Each session begins with reflection on the previous set of actions.
