Our approach
We use psychometric methods such as KAI and Marston's Colors, in association with the type of deep questioning found in appreciative inquiry. We also bring into play the learning of Hofstede, Philip d'Iribarne, Edward T. Hall, Trompenaars and Hampden Turner and we help managers to make the necessary links between their concrete experience and pragmatic intercultural frameworks. Each coaching session ends with an action plan. Each session begins with reflection on the previous set of actions.
