Our consultants provide coaching services in France, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Holland in French, English and Dutch. At different stages of their international careers Managers need to develop new competencies and behaviors. It is reassuring for them to work with an experienced coach who themselves have had to face challenges that can range from settling in as an expatriate to understanding a new company's culture.

Our approach is to help managers build on their talents and concrete experience and to take their company climate for innovation and team skills into account while they do so. We bring to our practice extensive experience in both one-to-one coaching and teamwork. In the knowledge economy managers are often in charge of experts who have specialized skills different from their own. This calls for a new style of leadership, collaborative talent leadership and not hierarchical.  Every leader must be able to reflect knowledgeably about how to delegate and communicates. It is amazing how many managers put down to "luck" systematically good results which in fact stem from their talents. A leader should learn how to surround him or herself with people who have talents that compensate for his or her weaknesses. We can help a manager to reflect on his or her professional practice in such a way that s/he will get even better results. All of our coaches in Europe teach at MBA level in French and/or English and know the North American models of management and leadership.

Our approach

Our approach is tailored to each individual manager.  We can use personality questionnaires such as KAI and Marston's Colors. We use William Bridges's Methods for Managing Individual Transitions.  We also use the deep questioning and active listening found in appreciative inquiry.  We can bring into play the learning of Hofstede, Philip d'Iribarne, Edward T. Hall, Trompenaars.  The objective is always to help managers build on their concrete experience to realize their potential in a new context.  Each coaching session ends with an action plan. Each session begins with reflection on the previous set of actions.

  Tailored Coaching Programs

  • We tailor programs to suit senior managers who work in Europe and need to communicate effectively to influence their teams to satisfy the requirements of national culures and organisational.  We can help with Message Management or come up with concrete behavioral patterns to satisfy company values and principles.  Another set of skills helps to build better relationships with stakeholders, set priorities and execute strategies effectively.

We have set up and delivered  Management academies and senior leadership programs.

We have advised on conflict resolution and how to bridge individual differences, whether they come from national cultures or individual decision-making and problem-solving styles.
