Syre Consulting (Systèmes et Ressources) was founded in 1998. The consultants of Systemes and Ressources (known as Syre Consulting because that is how clients named it) have worked with managers in a large number of large and small French and international companies (Carrefour, Truffaut, BRGM, VSF, Michelin,Aeronautical companies, Sonatrach, Volkswagen Bank, Roche) and the subsidiaries of American companies in France (such as Coca-Cola, 3M, Pfizer). |

Jo Maene

Jo Maene has a masters degree in the Social Sciences. For sixteen years she lived in Asia (Malaysia and Thailand) where she worked in governmental health and agricultural projects. In France, before creating SyRe, she worked for a major international organization where she was responsible for temporary personnel and where she undertook coaching activities. In 1996 she did the U.K. Open Business School's "Managing Development and Change" course. Since 1998 she has been certified to use the methods and resources developed by William Bridges in the field of Leading Organizational Transition. She is trilingual : Dutch, English and French. |
John Gaynard

John Gaynard, an Irish national, has been based in France for more than thirty years. In addition to his consulting activities with major French and International companies, he tutors on such subjects as Understanding European Diversity for the EDHEC Business School in Lille and he tutors the "Managing Knowledge" and "Creativity, Innovation and Change" modules on the (Equis and AMBA accredited) U.K.'s OU Business School MBA Programme in Europe. He has wide experience in working with the members of European and African Senior Management teams. The areas of expertise he brings to coaching range from knowledge of psychometric inventories, management teaching at MBA level, practical experience of resolving issues between national cultures, different ways of managing knowledge in Europe (explicit in Germany, more tacit in the mediterranean countries or Belgium). Working with individual managers and their teams he has adivsed on innovation programmes, facilitates strategic workshops and designs leadership and management education. | |
